Virtrio's Events360 Platform Successfully Connects Global Audience

Here is an exciting "customer experience transformation " story we are proud to share with you all. A leading business platform that connects businesses and professionals within a community, organized an annual convention in Chennai,India during February 2023. With a global spread, the platform faced the challenge of bringing together the registrants before, during, and after the event. With tech as the solution, they sought answers to solve their challenge in a disruptive way. Their main ask was to connect the global audience and engage the registrants before, during, and after the event, and connect each of them with their potential interests  to leverage their business interest in the best possible manner.

Virtrio’s Solution

To answer this ask aptly, they chose to work with Virtrio's Events360 platform. This platform offers features such as chat, leaderboard, wall, video chat, survey, poll, quiz, privileges,broadcast, email templates, and custom room templates. These features helped them achieve their objectives and engage the audience ahead of the event.

Even before the event, Virtrio's platform engaged the registered users by providing them with a survey to answer, which helped in organizing the in-person event better. With a well-organized data, Virtrio's intelligent features connected potential collaborators and gave them avenues to discuss even before the event. The platform was opened only for registered users, and people across the globe were allowed to attend the secured environment which had GDPR compliant features with a One-Time Passcode (OTP) generated every time an attendee logged into the platform.

One of the critical features of the platform was its streamlined delegate registration process, which allowed attendees to register and access the conference quickly. The Events360 platform also facilitated seamless communication between attendees, providing networking features that allowed attendees to connect and collaborate in real-time.

Engaging awareness was created using the platform much ahead of the event, and attendees were able to find other people or discover like-minded individuals they could strike up a conversation with. This activity continued post the event date as virtual offerings included more virtual elements like downloadable documents,videos and access to "Schedule a consultation call" with the list of delegates and connections for networking & leads.

 Customer Support

Prior to the launch of the platform, training happened over a period of 3 days at a duration of 1 hour each day addressing different types of attendees. During the days the platform was live,the customer support team was always available to support every need, and the platform was open for a month after the live event was over, still givingopportunities for the registrants to collaborate post-event.

The creativity and innovation of Virtrio's team helped bring fresh and exciting ideas to the event, making it stand out from other similar events and leaving a lasting impression on attendees.
